Since 2003, MB Spritzgusstechnik GmbH, an owner managed company, is constructing and producing technically high sophisticated injection molding parts from almost all common thermoplastics. The „Passion for Plastics“ of the founder Michael Bechtel, with more than 25 years of industry experience as plastic molder and plastic engineer, is evident in all areas of the medium-sized company.

Maximum efficiency in production

The machinery of the company situated in Marktoberdorf/Allgäu is actually consisting of 30 injection molding machines with CNC-handling and a complete closing force from 50 to 2,700 tons. 160 high qualified employees produce more than 1,700 different plastic components for various industries and sectors, such as furniture, sporting goods, electrical appliances, galvanic parts, pneumatic tubes, medical equipment, automotive equipment. The manufacturing of MB Spritzgusstechnik GmbH is designed for the production of plastic parts from 0.5 up to 40,000g . Sophisticated processing techniques and advanced materials ensure this quality and precision.

Environment protection – an important issue for us

We stand for cost-effective production under highest quality requirements but also think about the environment. Energy efficiency, recycling and a high level of environment awareness of all our employees are taken for granted by us. Apart from this, we constantly inform us about new technical developments that help us to protect the environment and resources.
